Childbirth is a stressful and potentially traumatic event for baby and mama. All births whether long or short, natural, assisted or cesarean can put a lot of pressure on your baby’s spinal cord and nervous system. For members who have an insurance plan that covers chiropractic care, we will provide a “superbill” which has all of the diagnostic codes that your insurance company needs to see in order to provide you with out-of-network reimbursement.

Absolutely, you can use your FSA and HSA funds for all our services, regardless of your insurance carrier.

Your first office visit will consist of a consultation and a set of nervous system scans, called the INSiGHT Scans.

We stand by the belief that getting to know our practice members and what is going on in their body is vital to ensure a proper care plan.

Day Two is when we will present your initial exam findings, including the INSiGHT scans, and go over your customized and specific care plan. We will also leave time for any questions you may have, and then you’ll receive your first adjustment!

Yes! There is street parking along Irving Street, 12th St, and 13th St. There is also a parking garage on 12th St directly around the corner from the office. Please call the office if you need further instructions on parking locations!

Your Foreign Service Benefits Plan covers 50 chiropractic adjustments, 50 massages, and 50 acupuncture sessions per member, per calendar year! Just pay up front for our services and submit an itemized bill, which we will provide you, for reimbursement.

We are not in network with Insurance companies, although we do take HSA/FSA. Here is why: We do not because we want to make sure you and your family get the care you DESERVE. We strive to provide the best quality care while keeping it affordable- especially for families! We are a cash-based wellness office serving whole families. Aura provides many different payment plans, both for individuals and families, to help meet everyone's needs. We choose to allow each practice member to choose what is best for themselves and their families. In our office, we work for YOU, not a premium!

We hope to see you just as soon as you are ready. Our chiropractors offer postpartum home visits to practice members who are seen throughout their pregnancy. Our doctors have a great respect for and honor the immediate postpartum period.

We hope to see your little one just as soon as you are ready to bring them into the office. Our evaluation of your little one will include a thorough history- starting with how the pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum experiences have gone- as well as what's working and not working right now. We will also do nervous system scans at their first appointment. Our doctors have extensive training in pediatrics via The Pediatric Experience and ICPA.

Our scans give us a comprehensive assessment of the nervous system as it is presently functioning. They are non-invasive and do not involve radiation. There is no input to the system, only collection of information.

Our Initial Consultation is $220 and includes going through your history, goals and a comprehensive exam. Adjustments are $75 but with our care plans, adjustments average around $55 depending on which plan you need. Every person receives a custom plan unique to their health goals. Our plans range from 24 visits to 60+ visits. Our custom care plans are the reason our practice members get results they've never achieved before!
